A few months ago, I was quite surprised to learn that credit unions were, for the first time, rated below banks in terms of customer satisfaction in a recent national survey.

Eeek! It was honestly my first thought about this news. After my pulse returned to normal levels, I started researching the heck out of the drivers that lead to this current situation. I'm excited to say my findings are being featured in a multi-part series featured in CUtoday.
