Founder: Anne Legg

THRIVE Strategic Services' strength comes from the broad and deep executive-level experience of its Principal, Anne Legg. Anne is a recognized credit union expert and thought leader with an MBA thesis on the credit union business model as well as two internationally published whitepapers on credit union business strategy.  She has served as an SME for CUNA and National University and has instructed at several CUNA schools. Anne’s experience in big data coupled with a growth strategy has resulted in one client experiencing the highest loan volume in the recorded history of its credit union.

One of THRIVETM Strategic Services' significant competitive strengths is that it is a lean company that does not require significant and expensive operational support and is able to partner with the client credit union to fully leverage their internal resources to maintain a competitive fee schedule.

Anne not only was a key executive in the strategic planning process with a $200M and a +$1B credit union, but she also performed significant strategic planning work with many credit unions while with Third Degree and FISERV.
